Cancellation Policy
Things happen! I understand life can get in the way. Please reach out to me with your cancellations or timing concerns and hopefully we can figure it out!
Last minute cancellations and rescheduling are subject to fees as follows:
Within 24 hours - 40% charge of scheduled services.
Within 12 hours - 60% charge of scheduled services.
Within 6 hours - 80% charge of scheduled services.
NO-SHOWS ARE A 100% FEE
Being 10 minutes or more late will be considered a no show.
